Maintenance Technician
Yim joined the Maintenance Team at New Neighborhoods in 2023, where he is assigned to the Martin Luther King Jr. Apartments in Stamford.
With a background in residential and commercial painting and experience as a maintenance crew member, Yim brought a wealth of knowledge and skills to his new role. He had previously worked for one year as a residential and commercial painter at Shamrock Painting and another year with Champion Maintenance as a maintenance crew member.
