Solimar Ortiz Santiago joined New Neighborhoods in 2023 as a Property Manager and is currently assigned to Victory Gardens in Newington. Prior to joining New Neighborhoods, Solimar has six years’ experience working for 3 affordable housing organizations throughout the state of CT. Solimar earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and holds a Tax Credit Specialist Certification.
