The Franklin property is comprised of 48 supportive housing units, with 24 units targeted for permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals, including homeless veterans.
The Franklin Supportive Housing and The Eleanor Senior Apartments are adjacent properties that were both created as part of an adaptive reuse project repurposing Bridgeport’s blighted and abandoned Park City Hospital.
