Assistant Property Manager
Nelly Chico joined New Neighborhoods in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. She is currently assigned to four properties; The Atlantic, Belltown Manor, Martin Luther King Jr., and Stillwater Heights, all located in Stamford. She previously had six years’ experience in the Affordable Housing industry and nine years’ experience in Healthcare Administration. Nelly holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from South University. She also has extensive industry training including a Housing Choice Voucher Specialist Certification, is a Certified Tax Credit Specialist (CTS), and holds a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) Certification. Nelly is fluent in both English and Spanish.
