Property Manager
Michael Dagostino joined New Neighborhoods in early 2022 as a Property Manager and is currently responsible for two of our properties; Indian Village located in New Milford and Victory Gardens located in Newington. He brought with him over ten years of experience in affordable housing and Property Management and over a dozen additional years of experience in general management. Michel received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration (MPA) and his Bachelors of Arts Degree from Drew University. Michael has also completed various industry training, experience, and certifications including his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Tax Credit Certification, Fair Housing Regulations, and others.
