Property Specialist
Margaret Quijano joined New Neighborhoods in 2023 as a Property Specialist, responsible for overseeing West Gate, Gateway & Liberty Commons & Victory Gardens as well as other properties in Bridgeport as needed. She brought with her, 32 years in property management, with a 15-year focus on affordable housing.
Margaret holds certifications such as: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) from the National Apartment Association. Additionally, she holds Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) credentials. She is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
