Property Manager
Maira Moreno joined New Neighborhoods in 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager and in the same year has been promoted to Property Manager. She is currently assigned to Victory Gardens, located in Newington. She brought with her over 5 years’ experience in affordable housing and property management. Maira holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from DeVry College of New York. She also has extensive training and industry certifications and is a Certified Assisted Living Housing Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), Certified Tax Credit Specialist (CTS), and is a Public Notary. Maira is fluent in English and Spanish.
