James joined New Neighborhoods in 2022 as a Security Guard, where he is overseeing the Bridgeport properties. James has five years’ prior experience as a resident steward at the Bridgeport properties that New Neighborhoods assumed control of, from Building Neighborhoods Together (BNT).
