Property Manager
Collean Toupin joined New Neighborhoods in early 2022 as a Property Manager responsible for The Franklin and The Eleanor, both located in Bridgeport. She was brought on with another two years of experience managing the Franklin in Bridgeport, prior to New Neighborhoods acquiring them, and five years of experience as a Financial Solutions Analyst prior to entering the Affordable Housing industry. Collean received her Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the Quinnipiac University. She also holds certifications as a Multifamily Housing Specialist and for Pro Forma Fundamentals.
