Celina Perez joined New Neighborhoods in 2023 as a Property Manager for The Eleanor & The Franklin in Bridgeport. With over 12 years of experience in property management, Celina has worked with various organizations across Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey.
Celina is a graduate of Post University, holding a BA in Business Administration. She is also a certified occupancy specialist and is fluent in both Spanish and English.
