Maintenance/Janitorial
Carlos Figueroa joined New Neighborhoods in early 2022 as a Maintenance Technician assigned to two properties; The Eleanor Senior Housing and The Franklin Supportive Housing property located in Bridgeport, and occasionally assists with our other New Neighborhoods properties. Jack originally started working at these two properties in 2021 prior to New Neighborhoods acquiring them. Carlos is also fluent in English and Spanish.
