Occupancy Specialist
Alexus Taylor started at New Neighborhoods in 2022 as an Occupancy Specialist and is assigned to The Atlantic and Belltown Manor, both located in Stamford. She previously had eight years of experience in property management, and three years of experience in affordable housing. Alexus graduated from Monroe College, with an Associates’s Degree, holds a Tax Credit Specialist Certification, and is a Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS).
