At New Neighborhoods, we encourage all staff to continue higher education and involvement in the community. Many of our staff members have accomplished so much in the first half of the year and we wanted to congratulate them on their hard work!
Martin Luther King Jr. Apartment Staff
We would like to recognize the staff at our Martin Luther King Jr. Apartments. Their astounding efforts made it possible to be recognized by the City of Stamford for its excellence in building maintenance and overall management. A big thank you to Paula Ditimi, Margarette Williams, Juliana Cano, Evelyn Caraballo, Logan Smith, and Oscar Flores, who work at maintaining the building daily. Great job everyone!
Patricia Rivera
Patricia is one of our Property Managers. She has grown so much in the time she has been with us and is continuously thriving to do more within our community. Patricia was issued a Certificate of Appreciation from VA Connecticut HUD-VASH Program for her work with our veterans and the homeless. We are so proud, great work Patricia!
Roseanne Cianfano
Roseanne is an Assistant Property Manager. She is one of our newest hires with a lot of background experience in property management. She strives to keep educating herself and has recently passed her Certified Occupancy Specialist certification and her Tax Credit Specialist certification. Roseanne can now help us cover all core occupancy standards and has more in depth knowledge of IRS guidelines. Way to go Roseanne!
Juliana Cano
Juliana works as one of our Administrative Assistants at Martin Luther King Jr. Apartments. Aside from being busy with a newborn, Juliana made time to finish her schooling and recently graduated with a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Fairfield University. Congratulations Juliana!!
David Araujo
David started as one of our interns and was quickly promoted to Administrative Assistant. He has worked hard, all while finishing his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and a minor in New Media Arts from Baruch College. Congrats David! You have been a great asset to our team!
Shivani Chhatani
Shivani is an intern in the Management Rotation Program. She helps us a great deal at our corporate office and we appreciate her hard work. Shivani has recently graduated with her Master’s in Healthcare Informatics from Sacred Heart University, what a huge accomplishment! You did it!
